Cake Ordering Policy

Payment will serve as a contract between Gourmet Girl Custom Cakes and you (the client) until your official wedding cake contract is sent to you and completed with full wedding day details. Your final count within 50 servings above or below estimated count is due 2 WEEKS before wedding date. Notification of cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the delivery date; after which 100% of total monies is forfeit and cannot be used toward any future cake purchases. Should you cancel more than 30 days before delivery date, the total amount minus 50% of your order total may be redeemed as a credit for a future cake order within one year of the cancellation date. Gourmet Girl Custom Cakes cannot be held responsible for anything that should happen to the cake once delivery is complete. Please note that direct sunlight and temperatures of 70 degrees and higher may have drastic and adverse effects on any cake.
