Cake Ordering Policy

01. Cake Purchase Payment is due in full at time of booking the reservation. In the event of cancellation these monies are forfeit and cannot be used toward any future cake purchases. No refunds, returns or credits for this offer. 02. Cake Hand-Off We cannot be responsible for damage to any cake once it has left our location. Similarly, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after successful delivery and set up. Failure to pick up order or refusal to accept cake order does not equate cancellation nor does it give right to a refund of any amount. 03. Temperature Please note that direct sunlight and temperatures of 70 degrees and higher may have drastic and adverse effects on any cake. Please follow the set of instructions provided with cake regarding care of cake. 04. Guarantee Gourmet Girl Custom Cakes cannot be held responsible for anything that should happen to the cake once delivery/customer pickup is complete.
